So, I've never really bothered to use the journal on here (I have a billion other places where I can blog: Livejournal, myspace, facebook, buzznet, etc). But I figured since this one is art related, it may as well go here.
A friend of my father's owns a furniture shop, and currently has a woman's photographs on the walls for sale. And he invited me to put mine up when she comes to take hers down. I'm really excited. I'm looking forward to selling my artwork. I guess she didn't sell any, but it was also outrageously priced. I'm not going to try to get a lot of money, I just want to get my artwork out of my closet. Hopefully someone can buy it and enjoy it.
This also gives me a reason to do more, since half of my work is currently on my father's walls. Look for an increase in my productivity in the near future : )
